In the past year, Coquina Sands homes – single sales have been robust with 14 homes being sold in the area with an average sales price of $1,282,786, approximately $356.81 per square foot. Coquina Sands homes sales varied from as low as $192/sq ft to as high as $589.45. The variances in pricing are accounted for through the age of the homes, condition, amenities and upgrades. Some of the homes in the Coquina Sands area are from the late 1950’s to 1960’s while others have been torn down and there’s new construction in the area which is commanding the top price per square foot.
Coquina Sands Homes are extremely varied in size from just over 1000 square feet to over 6900 square feet. The majority of homes are concrete block construction but wood frame homes do exist as well as homes with wood frame portions.
