As we mentioned in our prior article about the construction to the south and east in Naples, there’s a lot of new construction. Here’s the breakdown on central Naples new construction.
First, there are two developments near/in Old Naples that are larger. There are several new projects in Old Naples but they are relatively small and go quite quickly. We’ve chosen to focus on the larger projects that have more selections. The first development in Old Naples is Naples Square which is at the corner of Goodlette-Frank road and Fifth Ave S. with 73 condos ranging in price from $400,000 to $1.2M. The second project is Mangrove Bay Naples which is going to be along the Gordon River, off Goodlette Road South and the homes there will start at $2M.
Proceeding north on Airport Pulling Road, just to the north of Golden Gate Parkway is Grey Oaks (home of a 54 hole championship golf course) which still have new homes available for sale in the Traditions, Torino, and the Estuary. Traditions at Grey Oaks will have 60 coach homes and 62 villas;
