There are several new large developments along the Immokalee corridor that are going to be a good value for buyers looking to find new construction homes in Naples. Esplanade Naples is located about 3 miles east of I-75 on Immokalee Road and is situated on almost 1800 acres of which 1000 are natural preserves with over 150 acres of lakes. The developer, Taylor Morrison, is planning to have about 1,100 homes in the development and they will start in the $300,000 up to the $550,000’s at this point.
The resort lifestyle community of Esplanade Golf and Country Club will have an 18 hole golf course and the developer is planning to have lighted clay tennis courts, including one with stadium seating, a golf and tennis pro shop, a swim center with lap pool, wellness center, nature paths and trails and more. Mike has already played the golf course (for blog research purposes only) and according to him, “There are challenging holes for every type of golfer. The multiple tee boxes allow golfers of all skill levels to enjoy it. The holes are nicely placed away from each other. From novice to professional, anyone can enjoy this course. Now is an excellent time to golf there as “homeless” golf courses in Naples are few and far between. The clubhouse at the time that he went was run out of a tent but the staff was friendly, accommodating and an all around good day of golf.”
