This is a three part series regarding new Naples Florida developments starting with the furthest south and heading to the north. There are many new exciting projects starting in Naples and the opportunities and selection is almost limitless! It’s a great time to downsize, upsize, or just make a lateral move into a crispy new home.
Our furthest south development is Fiddler’s Creek. This is an amazing project that started in the 1990s and has an additional 4000 properties scheduled to build. The prices range from $200,000 to over $2 million. As a matter of fact, we have an outstanding home for sale in Fiddler’s Creek, 3031 Marengo Ct. #203, which is a just beautiful, fully furnished home. Just to the north of Fiddler’s Creek of US 41 East is Reflection Lakes by Lennar Homes. The development was started in 2005 with a plan of 600 units consisting of executive homes and twin villas. The homes range from 1,340 square feet to 3,340 square feet and are priced from around $250,000-$380,000. We’ve helped buyers and sellers in this community and are really familiar with the amenities of Reflection Lakes.
Divosta has proposed a new development up 951 just north of US 41 East, Winding Cypress. This is supposed to be 1,255 homes on 1,564 acres. The development will have 800 acres of natural preserves and 800+ acres of lakes. As of this post, the pricing hasn’t been released and the project is planned to open early 2015.
To the north of Winding Cypress is Verona Walk, a Divosta community consisting of lakefront single family homes, patio homes and townhouses priced from $230,000 to $500,000. The construction is very solid and there is a great deal of uniformity to the properties in the development. This is another development we’ve had success selling homes.
Just north of Verona Walk is Hacienda Lakes which is near Rattlesnake Hammock. The community is just being developed and will eventually have 1700 homes on 2,262 acres. The first part of the development was just released by the builder, Taylor Morrison and will be 443 Mediterranean style villas and single family homes.
Going back to US 41 East and heading towards downtown, our last 2 new Naples developments are located directly off US 41 on the south side of the road. First, Treviso Bay, developed by Lennar homes, which has a beautiful entry and bridge, planned to be a 1,564 acre development with 1,450 units. The condos will start in the low $200,000’s and the new single family homes start in the mid $500,000 range. Second, and even closer to downtown, there is the Isles of Collier Preserve which encompasses and huge area of 2,417 acres from US 41 and Rattlesnake Hammock to Naples Bay. The vision is for it to be mixed use of homes, commercial and hotel development with model homes currently priced in the $400,000 to $700,00 range.
