Florida is now opening up in stages, the first of which went into place May 4, 2020. Here are the Florida Covid-19 Opening Rules that apply not just to Naples real estate but to all businesses and persons in the state of Florida.
Schools remain distance learning. Visits to senior living facilities are prohibited. Elective surgeries can resume. Restaurants may offer outdoor seating with 6 foot space between tables and indoor seating at 25% capacity. Retail can operate at 25% of indoor capacity. No change for bars, gyms, and personal services such as hair dressers. Vulnerable individuals should avoid close contact with people outside of the home. All individuals should still practice social distancing (6 ft away from others). Avoid socializing in groups of more than 10. Face masks are recommended for all those in face-to-face interactions and where you can’t social distance.
