These are challenging times and complicated by the Covid-19 concerns and keeping your home safe and sanitary while working on getting it sold. We have some suggestions on selling your Naples home during Covid-19 that we’d like to share with you.
As a seller, we’d recommend that you ask agents and buyers to wear masks in your home during showings. You may want to leave your cabinets and closet doors open so that buyers and their agents don’t have to touch those. It’s helpful if you provide hand sanitizer and shoe covers as well for all showings. We’d also recommend that you thoroughly clean all surfaces before and after showings.
