Second, we set up a concierge search for you on the MLS where we preview each property before we send it to you to review. In the online concierge platform, you can write notes, tell us your level of interest by just clicking on a button and then we can go to the next stage.
Fourth, once you’ve identified properties that you’d like to see, we can set up appointments for us to go to the properties and video conference with you there. We call you as we approach the neighborhood, give you a tour of the area, and then go to the property. Once at the property, we will take you around the grounds, and into the home. We explain everything as we go through it so that you can see exactly what you are looking at while we are there and you can take as long as you need to be comfortable. This can be a lengthy process so we schedule 3-5 houses maximum per showing day but it’s a great way to see homes and purchase a Naples Florida home virtually.
