There’s lots of new construction in and around Naples. One of the hottest new builds is in Founder’s Square at the corner of 951 and Immokalee Road in North Naples. Here’s the latest Founder’s Square Naples Real Estate Update.
Founder’s Square was formerly Pelican Nursery and is located on 55 acres in North Naples. The plans are for mixed use (residential and commercial) with Haldeman Luxury Apartments, a 400-unit complex along the southern and southeast corners. The multifamily residential units will consist of five four-story buildings on more than 23 acres. There will be large lakes and rows of trees separating the new apartments from the existing Tuscany Cove community to its south.
Also, Physicians Regional will have a two story building located at Founder’s Square as well which will be 35,000 square feet. There will also be a 110,000 square foot facility for climate controlled self-storage. This will benefit the residents of the nearby communities such as La Morada, The Quarry, Pebblebrooke Lakes, Saturnia Lakes, Quail Creek and Longshore Lakes. Furthermore the storage facility will have wine storage with security access, wine-specific temperature and humidity controls, and an independent, backup generator system.
Some restaurants to note that will be there are South Street, I Heart Mac N Cheese, Slicer’s Hoagies and Outback. There will also be a Luxury Nails and Spa as well as Salon Bellezza. This development is definitely going to be a valuable new addition to North Naples real estate residents.
