First, who are we? We are Mike and Anna Bryant and we’ve lived in Naples since 1995, We’ve been in real estate full time since 2006 and have sold over 600 homes. We primarily focus on Naples real estate and serving the local community though we have also sold in Marco, Estero, Ft. Myers and Punta Gorda.

Write an offer on your future home
When you find your perfect home and are ready to make an offer, your agent presents it to the seller. From there, the seller will accept the offer, come back with a counter offer, or reject your offer. We negotiate on your behalf until both parties come to an agreement. Once the seller accepts your offer, we get your financing in order, a major step toward owning your new home!

Home appraisal and inspection
Once the seller accepts your offer, it’s time to appraise and inspect the property. The appraisal guarantees that your property is priced at fair market value, making it eligible for financing. Meanwhile, the inspection ensures the home has no major issues that could reduce its value. These are the last major steps before you are ready to move into your new home!

Close on your home and receive the keys
With financing, appraisal, and inspection taken care of, it’s time to take care of any final paperwork and sign where needed. Bring all the documents you’ve gathered along the way, as well as your down payment. You are now done, with the keys to your new home securely in your hands!
