The homes range from single family homes to duplexes, triplexes and quadraplexes all located between 91st Avenue North to 111th Avenue North and it’s extremely easy to navigate Naples Park as all the homes are on a grid street pattern north to south and east to west.
The majority of the lots are 50 feet across and 135 deep; there are some double lots that are 100 across and 135 deep. The closer the property is to the beach, the more expensive it is and the more value for resale as well.
The addresses run from the “500” block to the “900” block of Naples Park with the “500” block being the most desirable block for maximum return and value due to proximity.
To the west of Naples Park is Vanderbilt Connors (a boating community with direct Gulf access), The Ritz Carlton, Edgewater Beach Hotel, and the beaches are to the northwest and southwest of Naples Park.
To the east of Naples Park is Mercato (which has been described as North Naples’ Fifth Avenue) with mixed use between shops, restaurants, offices and residential units.
There are condos above the commercial space in Mercato as well as a single family development named Mercato where the homes start in the $2,000,000 range if you’re in the market for Naples Florida luxury homes. The well-appointed condominiums start at about $662,000 as of 2020.
