We’ve sold several homes in Quail Creek and have met so many great homeowners in there; it’s a really friendly, conveniently located neighborhood with great resale and wonderful amenities. In fact, Quail Creek is one of our personal favorite neighborhoods in Naples. If you’re looking to buy in a gated, golfing community that is close to everything that Naples has to offer, Quail Creek is an excellent option.
On the way to Quail Creek, you will pass by several other neighborhoods. One of the really great options for Quail Creek is that you don’t have to live in Quail Creek in order to have a membership at the club so you could easily live in one of the surrounding neighborhoods and join the club. The closest neighborhoods are Palazzo, Longshore Lake, Riverstone, Stone Creek and Quail Creek Village. Palazzo, Stone Creek and Riverstone are newer construction built by Toll Brothers (Palazzo starting 2015-2020) and Stone Creek (2016 to 2020) and Riverstone (which started construction in 2012) were built by GL Homes while Longshore Lake and Quail Creek Village are older, gated communities with homes in varying states of renovation. All of these communities are gated with guards manning the gates and offer excellent amenities to their residents. Palazzo, Longshore Lake and Quail Creek Village are located on Valewood Drive which leads directly to Quail Creek and would be convenient for potentially driving your golf cart to the community but Riverstone and Stone Creek are just around the corner and are very close as well but would require driving your car or biking to the clubhouse in Quail Creek.
