About The Vineyards
The Vineyards is truly an exceptional community within Naples for many reasons. Starting in 1961, the Procacci brothers bought 2000 acres of land in Naples and started this gorgeous community. With lush, diverse landscaping, over 100,000 palms and shade trees, flowers and bushes, the Vineyards Naples Florida is one of the most impeccably landscaped communities within Collier County.
The development has numerous lakes and walking paths along with a newly renovated clubhouse and two 18 hole golf courses. A unique aspect to living in The Vineyards is that owners do not have to belong to the club which is privately owned and offers several tiers of membership. Many of the homes have long golf course views and don’t have to pay for a membership to enjoy the views.
The Vineyards Country Club
The Vineyards Country Club is one of the largest and award winning country clubs in Naples; it has over 300 acres and the clubhouse is 70,000 square feet. The club was founded in 1988, is family owned and has an excellent reputation in the community. The club is debt free, has never had any assessments, there are no food and beverage minimums or hidden fees.
The clubhouse was just renovated with new roofs, a fresh interior redesign to transitional décor including a fully renovated dining room area, expanded pool deck area, outdoor pool bar, new dining patio and new pool bathrooms.
The second phase of the renovation is an updated lobby with concierge desk, upgraded lobby bar, updated and expanded Mr. P’s Pub to accommodate 200 members and an expanded deck with fire features… upscale but casual.
The Wellness Center at the Vineyards Country Club has been completed with all new state of the art fitness equipment, dedicated spinning studio, fitness studio, heated saltwater outdoor lap pool, holistic spa with a Himalayan salt suite, saunas, whirlpools, massage, facials, manicure/pedicure, hair salon and café.
The Racquet Center has been completed with three pickle ball courts with gel cushioned surfaces and night lighting as well as renovated locker rooms.
The Vineyards Subdivisions
There are thirty-eight communities in the Vineyards with villas, condos, coach homes and single family homes of all sizes. Arbor Glen is located inside the north gate and is a community of 41 homes with lakes and golf course views. Augusta Falls is also inside the north gate and is a lakefront community of 42 single family homes. Avellino Isles has 198 coach homes that are in either two or three story buildings with lake and golf course views and its own clubhouse with a fitness center, library, infinity pool and card room. Bellerive is a condominium development on the outer circle with 86 residences of two and three bedroom condos with lake and condominium views. Camelot Park is located inside the north gate with 35 single family estate homes with golf and landscape views. Chardonnay is located on the outer loop with 60 2-3 bedroom condos, lake or golf views, a community center, pool and spa. By the country club is Clubside Reserve which consist of 84 coach homes with 2-3 bedrooms, attached garages, and gorgeous landscaping. Concord is on the outer loo with 136 2-3 bedroom condos with elevators, lake and golf course views. Erin Lake is just inside the gates on the south end close to shopping with 29 single family homes. Fountainhead has 70 detached villa homes inside the southern entrance of the Vineyards. Glen Lake Estates offers 25 homes on lakefront lots. Hammock Isles consists of 190 homes, estate homes and vials with lake views. Laguna Royale has 40 carriage homes with garages, lake and golf views and a community pool. Lalique is towards the northern outer loop and has 104 units with 2-4 bedrooms, attached garages and a gated entrance. Napa Ridge Patio consists of 29 single family homes with attached garages towards the southern interior of the Vineyards. Napa Ridge Villas has 34 semi-detached villa homes behind the southern gates. Montelena has 33 luxury townhouses with golf course or fountain views and a community pool. Oak Colony has 18 single family homes with a private park in the center. Palo Verde is in the middle interior with 43 courtyard and villa style homes. Regency Reserve has 240 luxury coach homes, lake and golf course views and 2 car garages. San Miguel has 28 single family one and two story villas within Silver Oaks and long lake views. San Rafael has 24 Mediterranean style homes with garages, golf views and is inside the manned guard gates. Silver Oaks is inside the gates with 106 coach homes and gorgeous landscape views. Sonoma Lakes has 33 single family homes, lake views, and is close to the south gate of the Vineyards. Terracina has 81 single family homes. Tierra Lago has 44 single family homes with large lots near the north gate. Tra Vigne is on the outer loop with 77 carriage homes, attached garage and golf course views. Tuscany has 120 condos, a club house and pool. Valley Oak has 223 custom homes with lake, golf course and landscape views inside the southern entrance. Venezia Grande has 29 single family estate homes. Villa Florenza offers 43 luxury villa homes. Villa Verona also has 203 bedroom villas inside the gates. Villa Vistana has 71 homes consisting of 3-4 bedroom residences with garages. Vintage Reserve has 112 coach homes with 2 car garages, 2-3 bedrooms. Vista Pointe, has 132 homes in mid-rise condo buildings and outstanding golf course views. Wedgewood has 49 homes with lake, golf or landscape views.
Close to Many Great Schools
The local schools servicing the Vineyards and surrounding areas are Vineyards Elementary School, Oakridge Middle School, Gulf Coast High School, Florida Gulf Coast University and Ave Maria University which is a law school. The schools are top rated and the Vineyards is in an A school district.
Convenient Location
The Vineyards is extremely convenient to shopping with the Crossroads Market being just around the corner from most of the homes. Many residents walk or bike to the grocery store (Publix) or Walgreens or the restaurants such as Giovanni Ristorante & Bar Italiano, China Garden and the latest addition, Mizu Sushi & Thai.
