Mike and Anna were tremendous partners in finding and securing our second home in Naples. They are both competent, friendly professionals who took the time to really understand what we were looking for, helped us find potential homes that were a fit, steered us clear of certain issues/risks that were weren’t fully aware of, and negotiated us a fabulous deal on the perfect home. They not only know the market and their craft well (Anna is a lawyer and Mike is an excellent negotiator) they were super fun to work with. We’ve bought many homes over the years and this experience was by far the best. I’m usually less than impressed with the caliber of professionals in real estate. Too many have knowledge gaps or are ineffective negotiators, or just plain don’t listen to their customers. Go with Mike and Anna and like us, you’ll find it hard to stop grinning at your good luck!
