My husband and I moved here from Connecticut so this was our first experience buying a house in Florida. We had worked with a couple realtors before meeting Anna and Mike and the difference was very apparent. There was a straightforwardness and honesty with the Bryant’s that we had not experienced before and made us feel very at ease. We were looking for a house that was not in a gated community. Others that we had worked with insisted our wishlist was not possible and continued to show us properties that were in gated communities and out of our price range. The Bryants were very attentive to what it was we were looking for and very quick to send us new listings. Even as our budget and wishlist adjusted, Anna and Mike were happy to adjust with it. In some instances, the listings were posted the night before and were emailed to us by 7am the next morning.In the end, Anna and Mike helped put us in the perfect house for us and we couldn’t be happier. The house hunting, negotiating and buying experience was a very positive one and we have already recommended the Bryants to others (who have gone on to purchased a house with their help). We will continue to recommend them and will not hesitate to call upon their expertise again in the future.
