What a pleasure to write this review for these exceptional professionals and great people! We bought our home in the summer of 2009, with Mike and Anna as our Naples realtors. Our requirements were difficult. We had five days in which to buy the right house, find a trustworthy mortgage lender, and line up contractors for any work that needed to be done at the house before we arrived on November first to take up permanent residence. And our requirements within a limited budget included three bedrooms, a sizable pool, a large yard for 3 dogs, a home office, an intergenerational neighborhood, and a home with lots of light. You think that sounds impossible? Well, then you’ve not met Anna and Mike! Within that five days, those two good people–who actually listen attentively to what you say to them–showed us 35 houses. Out of that group, we returned to see 10 of them twice, and we saw 5 of them several times until we had narrowed our choices down to the top 3. Throughout this arduous process, both Anna and Mike were good humored and patient. We were all exhausted at the end of each day, but their enthusiasm for helping us find the right house at the right price never flagged. When the time came to make an offer, we witnessed what superb psychologists the two of them are–they read people and situations with skill and respect. As a result, we ended up buying the home we love at $75K below the listed price. The home was in mint condition, but we wanted to take up carpeting in two rooms and put down wood floors, as well as renovate one of the bathrooms. Mike has a list of reliable, extra-competent service people, which he lined up to do this work for us. While we were up north finishing up our professional business, he was seeing to it that work was being done at our Naples home so that everything was handsomely finished when we arrived on November 1. Since then, as we have needed work done in the house or yard, he has provided excellent people (we have a yard manager to die for) for us. He doesn’t just give his clients names–he checks back to make sure that the end result is satisfactory. In every way, the follow-through of both Mike and Anna is 100%. In my professional career, I have moved often and I have bought and sold 16 homes, as well as a resort. So I have worked with many realtors from all over the country. But no one has been as extraordinary as Anna and Mike. They balance each other skills perfectly, they are warm and open, their honesty and integrity is stellar, they know this real estate market like no one else does–and they are a joy to work with in every way! The important bottom line, of course, is that they get results! I recommend them to all my friends. They are simply in a class by themselves –authentically superb professionals and authentically, genuinely lovely human beings.
