After much research, I chose Mike and Anna as my agents, and I am glad that I did. They both are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they have a great amount of energy. I am a hard person to please, but they worked really hard to get me the right house.We looked over houses online and via visits for about 4 months, and they helped steer me in the right direction when I was about to make a wrong choice. That is, they kept me from buying a 2nd best house even when it would have been easier for them.
The house that we eventually bought was just the type of house that I have always wanted. I could not be happier to have finally found the right home.
I like the idea of having two people working toward your interests. Mike is a negotiator and has a wide range of real estate market expertise. Anna is both a realtor and attorney. They had the answers during all phases of the process, and I am very grateful.
