My wife and I have been looking for a condo on Marco Island for several years. We live in the Midwest, needed something at our price point, but did not want to pay for other’s decorating style or definition of “upgrades.” We signed up for an internet listing service and were notified the first afternoon one of Mike and Anna’s properties went on the market. The property seemed to be what my wife and I were looking for, but we had no relator under contract and no association with Mike, Anna, or the firm they represent. Phase 1- I called Mike to inquiry about the property and he picked up the call the first time, a rarity into today’s business world. Mike spent a good deal of time with me on the phone telling me about the property and answering my questions. He did not try to hard sell me, he just provided me answers. The answers he gave me are as accurate today, a few weeks after closing, as they were that late evening. A few hours after talking to Mike my wife and I decided to make an offer, sight unseen. Sure we saw some pictures, but making an offer on one day listing sight unseen was a bit unsettling. What made me comfortable was Mike’s knowledge of the market, the comparable properties sold and for sale he forwarded to me, and his professional demeanor. Mike and I talked pricing; no low ball, but a fair price for a unit I was truly interested in. The seller accepted the offer without countering. To me that meant Mike helped me arrive at a price to achieve everyone’s objectives. He was working with integrity for an “arms-length” transaction. Phase 2- Once the deal was done I moved from working with Mike to working with Anna. What a wonderful compliment they make to each other. As a real estate agent who is also an attorney, Anna knows the legal side of bringing a transaction through closure. Anna did not act in the formal capacity of an attorney, but she sure guided us through the process during the 45 day timeline. She made sure I knew what to expect, timely answered every e-mail I sent to her, was patient, and provided me lists of things I needed to accomplish. When I asked for local lending and closing sources, I was provided choices. I never contracted with any of those referrals, but Anna dealt with my firms in a professional and cooperative manner. There was much more “legal maneuvering” with the Association, insurance company, and seller’s side of the paperwork than I anticipated. Anna kept us all on track, and working together we closed a few days early as I desired. The buyers closed from the Midwest and the sellers in Naples, Florida. My wife and I have yet to see the place, but look forward to working on our snowbird nest over the coming months. I had to leave Naples for work related reasons. While I had no immediate need to sell my condo quickly, Mike and Anna found a buyer and my property was sold less than two weeks after I moved. They are both very responsive and are incredibly knowledgeable about the local area. Anna took care of all of the paperwork and even went the extra mile and drove to my HOA to submit a check for a rush estoppel letter the same day that it was needed for closing. I decided to use a big bank (USAA) and they made the process extremely stressful. It came down to the wire and was at risk of losing my funds in the escrow account. Although we did end up closing on time, it was a very stressful situation. Anna was in constant contact with the mortgage company and made sure we closed on time.

After much research, I chose Mike and Anna as my agents, and I am glad that I did. They both are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they have a great amount of energy. I am a hard person to please, but they worked really hard to get me the right house.We looked over houses online and via visits for about 4 months, and they helped steer me in the right direction when I was about to make a wrong choice. This is my customer review. At a very difficult time when I was facing foreclosure, I did not know which way to go. Looking in my bible, I found this folded paper with Mike and Anna Bryant, realtors. I vaguely remember how I got this paper with their informations on it. To make a long story short, I called them, they were at my door step asap. We sat and I explained to them what was happening and my fear of being forclosed on. They took it from there, four months later, they found me a rental house, shortsale my house. We found Mike and Anna through Zillow where they already had stellar ratings. They helped us in two contemporaneous transactions, condo sale and lot purchase. I’d rate Mike and Anna as the best real estate professionals among 30+ agents we worked with over many years. Both projects were completed (closed sales) to our satisfaction after just ~3 months of being started. What a pleasure to write this review for these exceptional professionals and great people! We bought our home in the summer of 2009, with Mike and Anna as our Naples realtors. Our requirements were difficult. We had five days in which to buy the right house, find a trustworthy mortgage lender, and line up contractors for any work that needed to be done at the house before we arrived on November first to take up permanent residence. And our requirements within a limited budget included three bedrooms, a sizable pool, a large yard for 3 dogs, a home office, an intergenerational neighborhood, and a home with lots of light. You think that sounds impossible? Well, then you’ve not met Anna and Mike! Within that five days, those two good people–who actually listen attentively to what you say to them–showed us 35 houses. Out of that group, we returned to see 10 of them twice, and we saw 5 of them several times until we had narrowed our choices down to the top 3. Throughout this arduous process, both Anna and Mike were good humored and patient. We were all exhausted at the end of each day, but their enthusiasm for helping us find the right house at the right price never flagged. When the time came to make an offer, we witnessed what superb psychologists the two of them are–they read people and situations with skill and respect. As a result, we ended up buying the home we love at $75K below the listed price. The home was in mint condition, but we wanted to take up carpeting in two rooms and put down wood floors, as well as renovate one of the bathrooms. Mike has a list of reliable, extra-competent service people, which he lined up to do this work for us. While we were up north finishing up our professional business, he was seeing to it that work was being done at our Naples home so that everything was handsomely finished when we arrived on November 1. Since then, as we have needed work done in the house or yard, he has provided excellent people (we have a yard manager to die for) for us. He doesn’t just give his clients names–he checks back to make sure that the end result is satisfactory. In every way, the follow-through of both Mike and Anna is 100%. In my professional career, I have moved often and I have bought and sold 16 homes, as well as a resort. So I have worked with many realtors from all over the country. But no one has been as extraordinary as Anna and Mike.
