2025 – I write reviews very rarely at best, but the performance of our realtors Mike and Anna Bryant in selling our home in Naples, FL warrants a shout out. Our house went on the market just as the red-hot real estate market tanked. We moved out of state before it was sold. We had to rely on Mike, especially, to see that the house was in good order after each showing. We had a planned trip to take care of some maintenance scrubbed due to Hurricane Milton. Mike took care of things for us well above and beyond the call of duty. 2024 – As first time home buyers we didn’t know anything about the process of buying a home. Mike and Anna were exceptionally patient with us and our millions of questions. 2023 – Very talented and dedicated, they have a lot of experience and it shows. I chose them because I needed to sell my house asap while living in a different state. They helped me get the house ready to sell, they managed nearly every aspect of my property while I was living in a different state, they have tons of contacts and people that can help out with renovations/repairs/etc. We ended up getting 2 offers on the house within the first week on the market, and sold the house within 6 weeks.
